Ellie is a native of Staunton, Virginia. After graduating from Longwood College in Farmville, Ellie married and moved to Waynesboro where she taught kindergarten for 25 years. Being a former teacher, she realized the importance of education and that meant staying abreast of the many facets of the real estate business. Ellie has 26 years of experience as a REALTOR® and has earned the GRI (Graduate REALTOR® Institute) designation. Ellie is an active member of the Greater Association of REALTORS®, where she served on the professional standards and Education committees and also on the board of directors. She is also a member of VR and NAR, and former member of the Waynesboro Commission for the Elderly and the Sarah Murray Lewis Chapter of the DAR. Ellie has consistently been awarded the Presidential Award of Excellence given by the Greater Augusta Association of REALTORS®.
