Katherine’s enthusiasm for real estate began at an early age. As a little girl on family Sunday afternoon drives, she remembers gawking at charming farmhouses & historic Greek Revivals, discovering tucked away neighborhoods, and listening to her parents share the local lore. Real estate to Katherine encompasses more than just price tags, it’s a reflection of a community’s past & future. As a real estate agent, Katherine continues this passion for history, architecture & design, but with an emphasis on providing a knowledgeable consultation for her clientele. It is her focus to equip clients with the information & tools to make their most informed & best decisions. She excels with the analytical aspect of researching properties & scrutinizing market conditions; as well as having a creative knack for helping sellers assess home improvements, effective staging, and strategic property marketing.

Katherine currently resides in the small city of Waynesboro with her supportive husband, Patrick and their two fantastic children. In addition to monitoring the local real estate market, she is passionate about infographics, her fantasy football team, and older homes.
