Jeff Fife is a lifelong resident of Waynesboro with decades of impactful community service. Known for his dedication to Waynesboro and the surrounding region, Jeff is a familiar and trusted name in the area – he’s the name you know!

When he’s not working on his own real estate properties or helping others achieve their real estate goals, you’ll find Jeff volunteering at the local YMCA, where he served as CEO for 20 years, coaching basketball, or leading Preschool PE. He is also one of the founding fathers of the local Boys & Girls Club and currently serves as the incoming President of the Regional Youth Commission, serving Waynesboro, Staunton, and Augusta County. Jeff is a proud Rotarian with over 25 years of service, including roles as Past President, Foundation Trustee, and Paul Harris Fellow. Known for his friendly nature, Jeff has a deep love for the community he serves.

Five years ago, Jeff began purchasing and renovating dilapidated homes in the area, sparking his passion for real estate. He has a knack for spotting opportunities where others don’t and has built a network of vendor relationships that greatly benefit his clients.

Jeff and his wife Fiona love to travel and explore. He has jumped out of a plane in Thailand, ridden a camel in Egypt, dived with sharks in Belize, and swum in caves in Greece. An adventurous spirit, Jeff is now embarking on a new journey in real estate!
