About Rosimar Diaz

After completing high school and some college in Venezuela, I moved to Waynesboro to start a new life in the United States.

After arriving in Waynesboro, I spent four years working for Invista. During those four years I earned several promotions and was offered a position in the personnel department. However, the draw of real estate pulled me away.

My husband Max works in the construction industry, building and renovating residential property. We love the process of building new construction as well as renovating/remodeling older homes, both, in turn, create new housing opportunities and improve community neighborhoods. Max and I built the house that we now live in — giving me personal hands on experience. Being bilingual (Spanish and English) allows me to serve as a translator for my Buyers or Sellers. 

I am a member of the Greater Augusta Association of REALTORS®, the Virginia REALTORS® and the National Association of REALTORS®. 

My husband, Max and I, are the proud parents of a daughter. We cherish spending time with our daughter and other family in the area.
